Free bread and snack cakes are distributed every Friday beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Trustee's Office.  No requirement or pre-registration is required. The program, however, is only open to residents of Michigan Township. Bread products sometimes include, but are not limited to;  white bread, wheat bread, rye bread, bagels, english muffins, snack cakes, fruit pies, and cup cakes.  Due to the immense popularity of the program, it is recommended that individuals arrive a little early to assure a place in line. Individuals are asked to wait by the side door of the township office, on the south side of the building. 

Food products are graciously donated by the Continental Baking Company of Michigan City.
