Customized Community WORKSHOPS

Leadership LaPorte County is proud to offer community organizations, businesses, and neighborhood groups the opportunity to bring Leadership's concepts to their employees and constituents. 

Unlike the Leadership's Nine Month Program or the Executive Series, Leadership's WORKSHOPS can be custom designed to develop and refine personal, managerial, and governmental skills in any organization – public or private. 

WORKSHOPS available include board member training, strategic planning, meeting management, 'Fishing for Better Service' and personality assessment.

Leadership can also customize WORKSHOPS to offer a variety of skill-building opportunities such as:

• problem solving
• decision making
• collaboration
• consensus building
• creative thinking
• time management

Formats

WORKSHOPS range in formats and can be offered as half-day, one-day and two-day sessions. Fees for the workshop are based on the needs and requirements of the requesting organization. Nonprofit rates are available.
